You must be a party of interest before you will be allowed to access any case information. This means you must be a debtor, debtor attorney, creditor or creditor attorney. The Trustee does not allow blanket access to any entity outside the Trustee's office.
If you do not already have an Internet Access Agreement (IAA) on file with our office, you may submit one according to the requirements in the IAA which is downloadable from the Trustee Forms and Files section of this website.
If the document is not completed in its entirety, then you will be denied access until the issue(s) is/are resolved.
It might take up to ten working days from the time you submit your completed, approved IAA. Email is the only way we will contact you regarding your IAA.
You might also access case data information at the National Data Center (
http://www.13datacenter.com. Access to this website is independent of the access to this website or
http://www.trustee13.com. You will need to complete whatever requirements the National Data Center dictates for its site.
The case data available on
http://www.trustee13.com is updated each night and will contain data from the previous working day. This update usually occurs before 8AM CT, but sometimes it can be as late as 11AM CT.
